"Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. As foreigners, it was our first time trying some of these foods, and we enjoyed most of it. Thank you!"

"The hotel was great with many little amenities on offer at the foyer. Decent bathroom with tub. This one also had a small gym which seemed to be minimally used and was perfect for our needs. Perfect location for easy access to train station and local eateries. Room was a really good size when you have a decent amount of luggage."

"Room was clean, staff were lovey, price point is fantastic. There’s one thing that made this hotel stay completely awful, and this is speaking on behalf of a group of 4 with two rooms: The beds are completely f***ed. It’s like sleeping on a sheet of plastic supported by a metal frame. We were all waking up at all hours of the night because the beds were so awful. They caused us all a great deal of back and neck pain. We may as well have just slept on the floor. The fact that this issue was across two separate rooms and all four of us felt it leads me to believe that every bed in the hotel is like this. I beg of you, if you can swing an extra couple of bucks, book something a little nicer and get a hotel that won’t totally throw your back out. "

"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. Extremely friendly staff, kind and genuinely helpful. We loved our relaxing stay. Thank you so much to the staff!"
