Parking was free via a ticket from the motel. The carpark was gravel which made moving the heavy cases difficult. Our room was at the very end of the ground floor so it was a fair hike to get there, this could have been problematic if there had been any mobility issues The room itself although starting to show its age was good Staff were excellent and it was novel to have a bowling alley as part of the complex. A great hotel across the road for meals.

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

The apartment is amazing! great views. The lounge, kitchen are very roomy and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to town. Unfortunately the beds have a very basic mattress, with a tired mattress topper/protector. It was so uncomfortable that i was at risk of getting a pressure sore on my hip and Im a normal sized 10 woman. For the caliber of appartment and price, the bed quality did not live up to any standard.

Very helpful staff who let us check in a bit earlier. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Good location that allowed us to walk into the town centre - which is great because parking is impossible in Queenstown.
