"The rooftop spa/bbq area was a great addition,albiet a little dated. The room was clean and had plenty of appliances and kitchenware which made it relaxing. Private/quiet and good secure parking. Main pool and spa where great and even had a spa bath in the main bedroom. Clean and very comfy beds. Convenient area to the beach and dining. Balcony was a nice spot for a cold beer in the arvo. "

"The property was a townhouse within a residential block. The facilities were okay. The location was quite favourable, being within walking distance to the beach and the town centre. Additionally, the staff was friendly."

"The Spit is a short walk through the gate at the back of the property, along a safe track to the beach. The view off the balcony was amazing. I loved listening to the waves crashing onto the beach, the birds in the trees, and seeing the sunrises and sunsets. "

"Room was tired and in need of revamp, doors faulty and kitchen area cracks in walls and cupboards faulty, dishwasher not working properly. Location great opposite beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good kids park across the road. Quiet room. Parking underground was easy and spacious."

"My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Headland Tropicana. There's a formula that works here. Good views, cleanliness, big rooms, friendly service, indoor and outdoor pool and amenities. Location is super as well. The team are very visible and work hard. From the very friendly welcome to awesome cleaner, we have no complaints. "Good location if you need to be near the hospital. Other than that it was a very vanilla unit, comfortable enough but nothing interesting about it. View of the river was okay but the whole area is so cookiecutter."
