The breakfast is amazing! The staff are very pleasant and attentive throughout the Hotel. We had some issues with our room, the safe wouldnt lock and needed to be repaired, our room door would not close properly and i actually broke the handle off trying to close it. Thus is a ery new hotel so they are still ironing things out but overall it was excellent including the staff.

Room 502 window facing alley was noisy at night.
Need better soundproofing. Rooms good but could use some updating. Concierge service excellent with restaurant recommendations. Rooftop view during buffet breakfast is fantastic but food needs improvement. Location is excellent for shopping, restaurants and only 20 min walk to Acropolis.

Checking in after traveling for 14 hours, all I wanted to do was go to the rooftop Restaraunt/bar, have a drink and look at the sites. I was advised it was closed due to a bridal shower, but could order room service which I chose as I was too tired to go out. Wanting to make a reservation for the rooftop Restaraunt, I was provided a menu that had two 8-course set meals staring at $100 euros. I simply wanted a nice dinner, glass of wine and again, enjoy the views. But did not want to spend $100+ euros on a simple meal. That’s a deal-breaker for many travelers. I won’t be suggesting or staying there again.
