"部屋はリフォームしたようでとても綺麗でした。ただトイレはなぜか座るとグラグラしてビックリしました。壊れないのか心配です。 ハンガーが2つしかないので不便なのと、バスタオル干す場所は簡易的なものでもあると便利だと思いました。 価格もリーズナブルで全体的には大変満足でリピートしたいですね。"

"Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet that features local specialities (meibutsu) such as Nikko yuba in the chawan mushi, miso soup, local greens, etc. Property and bathrooms are a bit dated but our room was clean and well-maintained. Had free bottled water in fridge, slippers and bathrobes. Convenient location. Thanks to the helpful staff!"

"We stayed at HOTEL NEWITAYA for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The location is convenient, with the train station about a 10-minute walk away and bus links just 2 minutes from the hotel. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and several restaurants, making it easy to find food and essentials. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable during our visit....

"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. Nothing in regards to dining or shops in the area which was okay as we were just passing through for the night. We were only given one pillow between the two of us and when we requested for a second we were told that we had to pay? I found this ridiculous as they were happy to give us two towels and I booked for two people but apparently they...
