The staff was amazing at check in and question of finding places locally. A definite place to stay!!

Nice and clean facilities, good for explorers that will spend most of the day outside and come back for a good shower and rest. Breakfast options are limited but you can also cook. There are stores in the area, one just crossing the street with many options. Location is great for the metro station.

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

Great location for the Disney parks and this hotel was wonderful and all the amenities in the room excellent. The room so comfortable and cleaned. You can walk to the sea park but Disney land is a little farther walk but they have shuttle service. Had a great stay would do it again. Breakfast was excellent as well

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

The management understands the capsule-hotel experience and has designed the experience accordingly. All the features in the individual and shared/common spaces work as advertised, and when one of them (the coffee machine) broke, I could see they immediately had someone working to fix it.

The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

The property, value, and staff were excellent. We were also able to eat at a few restaurants in the area. It was a little difficult because the staff in the restaurants did not speak any English but the food was worth the stress. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the distance to the train station. It was a 10 minute walk but after doing 20k steps in the day the last thing I wanted to do was walk for 10 minutes back to the hotel. We ended up getting Ubers more often than we...

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

I actually booked this hotel because of it being close to the SkyTree and across the street from the Subway/Train line. My daughters and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean and the room was pretty. I wish I was able to book a bigger room, but I assume those fill up fast. It was myself and my 17 and 8 year old. Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. Was visiting Tokyo Disneyland for a few days. This resort is perfectly located near the monorail station. Wonderful Staff excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable room. Overall fantastic stay, hope to be back for another visit soon.
