"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The location was perfect for our needs, close to the bus stop and pickup site for the tour we booked in the are.The hotel is almost 100 years old and the guests have to remember that they will face stairs and no elevator.We did not appreciate the smallest double bed ever, it might comply with the European standard however it lacks comfort.The breakfast was amazing in taste and size, almost compensated for the small bed size.We could have used more information about the area or suggestions about...

"We had only one issue with this hotel. The room was not clean for 3 days. Receptionist didn't let me to speak and she made an excused about a wedding and never even apologised. Another thing what made me unhappy was the reservation was not made correctly and this is down to hotels.com .Majestic was not in formed about my booking."
