The hotel was well located a short walk from the tram stop making it very easy to get into the city. We were disappointed in the look of the pool and there were no signs for the changing rooms. The bathroom had decent shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion but no other amenities like a shower cap. "

"The room and hotel are very nice. However, when I arrived, there was a lady before me checking in. The receptionist seemed stressed and not very friendly. After a while it was my turn to check in. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and during my check in, the lady who had checked in before me returned to say there was a man in their room. The receptionist didn't believe her at first and the overall service wasn't very customer friendly. When I checked out I had to call the receptionist by phone because she was away from the reception desk. The curly haired lady at reception was a bit nicer than the previous receptionist. "

"The apartment we got was very moldy, and i had an allergy attack within 15 minutes of reaching the property. I had to leave the apartment and got an accommodation at another place. Their bathroom sink was broken, opened a maintenance request , but i got a communication that it will get considered as non urgent. Overall a horrible place. I tried getting a refund, and no luck. "
