I booked the hotel for 6 nights for business-related stay. I checked in the room which has very strong smell, and I realized later that it was a smoking room. All the cigarette smoke residue definitely stays on the furniture, curtain, and carpet. So, I called the receptionist to address the issue, and he sent someone. I would say its been great hospitality .Specially night staff Zeeshan and Mathew were very helpful.My 5 years old had the noodles craving in the middle of night and got cranky for it.They made noodles for him .I want personally acknowledge their efforts. A big thank for them. We have not landed here but stayed here and its worthed it from Dubai and found this nice and peaceful place to have good sleep. Food is good and staff is professional and friendly .I would definetly prefer to stay here on...
