「I highly rate this hotel. The biggest reason is the free airport transfer. When you arrive and exit the airport, the staff will be waiting to pick you up. Thanks to that, I was able to head to the hotel without wasting time. On the way back, if you let us know your flight time, we will pick you up at the airport at the appropriate time. 「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor. Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water. In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay, the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount. Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」
