「I highly rate this hotel. The biggest reason is the free airport transfer. When you arrive and exit the airport, the staff will be waiting to pick you up. Thanks to that, I was able to head to the hotel without wasting time. On the way back, if you let us know your flight time, we will pick you up at the airport at the appropriate time. 「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor. Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water. In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay, the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount. Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」

「The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city」
