Weitsicht

WEITSICHT is a maritime and partly sustainably furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor that lives up to its name: it impresses with its fantastic location with a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the nature conservation salt marshes and fields. From the terrace, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the VIEW to the full.



The unspoilt Weidefelder sandy beach with kiosk, restaurant, beach chairs and various water sports facilities is just a few hundred metres away. Four-legged friends can also let off steam on the dog beach at the back. The imaginatively designed Adventure Golf mini golf course and the marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz with various shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

The resort's location directly between the Schleimündung estuary and the Baltic Sea and close to the beautiful town of Kappeln also offers a wide range of excursion options by boat, bike or on foot.



The centrepiece of the apartment, which is finished with high-quality and ecologically sustainable materials, is the open-plan, light-flooded living/dining area. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a unique view of the natural surroundings. The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped. This makes cooking together a lot of fun. If the weather takes a turn for the Nordic side, the living area invites you to relax. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere with its crackling fire.

You can access the spacious south-west-facing terrace directly from the living area. This offers relaxing hours away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Baltic Sea resort. Facing to the rear with a view of the nature conservation salt marshes, fields and the sea, you can enjoy the VAST VIEW. The high-quality furniture on the terrace invites you to barbecue and linger.

Two bedrooms are available for a peaceful night's sleep. One is equipped with a box-spring double bed, the second with two single beds. The sofa in the living area can also be easily converted into another sleeping area. A baby is also welcome (travel cot and high chair available).

The shower room with underfloor heating, floor-level shower (incl. rain shower) and an infrared sauna ensures relaxing wellness moments. The washing machine is also located there.



If you are travelling by car, you can ideally park directly in front of the house in your own parking space.



For every booking, the owners of WEITSICHT plant a tree in the Mara-Serengeti in Kenya (Africa) through the self-founded initiative Sports4Trees.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
