Great in many areas such amazing friendly staffs from reception to restaurant, clean and quiet room, excellent breakfast provided and the free self served laundry. It is also not far from the train station.

Honestly it's one of the best hotel I've stayed at so far. Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of goodies and amenities provided like free snacks, tea/coffee, laundry facilities, etc. Prime location close to all kinds of transportation. Would stay again.

Its proximity to the Kaohsiung Train station, is the biggest plus point. Although the hotel is old, it has been well maintained and is very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of items from coffee, teas, hot chocolate, soy milk, soybean pudding, croissant and breads, porridge, salad, cooked food items and fruits. The best bonus of all is the spacious cafe style lounge area that is open for 24 hours where you can chill at for free coffee, tea, ice cream and more. It's value for money. Definitely will return if we come back to Kaohsiung.

Room and hotel interior feels a bit outdated, but the room itself is great and very spacious. Loved the breakfast options each morning, staff were very attentive and friendly. The free welcome drink, snacks and unlimited ice cream are a huge plus! Free use of laundry machines was also appreciated after a week of travelling. Being near Kaohsiung MRT station is convenient, but had to take the bus most of the time to get where we wanted. Overall a good stay!

My stay at Kindness Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung. Location (10/10): You simply cannot beat the convenience. Being directly opposite the Kaohsiung Main Station is a game-changer. It made arriving and exploring the city effortless. As an example, the journey to Zuoying MRT Station was a quick and easy 15-minute trip.😘😘😘 Amenities (Above & Beyond): The hotel offers so much more than just a room. The 24-hour self-service laundrette is perfect for travelers. The common area is a lovely social space where you can enjoy complimentary ice cream, biscuits, tea, and coffee all day. And to top it off, each room receives a voucher for a free craft beer or beverage every night—a wonderful way to unwind.😁😁😁 Overall: With its unbeatable location and generous amenities, this hotel offers incredible value. I will undoubtedly be back on my next visit!🙂🙂🙂

방에 개미가 많이 있었어요. 침대 위에 한마리가 있었고 테이블위, 바닥 등 5~6마리 정도가 눈에 띄었는데 기절할 뻔 했어요. 1년에 2번 정도 여행을 다니는데 개미가 있는 호텔은 처음이에요. 시골 민박도 아닌데 개미라니... 남편과 카오슝 3박4일 여행 중 카인드네스메인스테이션에서의 2박이었어요. 두번째의 다른 호텔에는 아무 문제가 없었어요.

駅前の快適なホテル

駅近で便利だし、清潔で値段も妥当。高雄に来る時は空いていれば使う。高雄駅の大工事がほぼ完成して本当に駅の目の前になった。横断歩道を渡る時以外には濡れない。 今回は滞在中に台風が来てしまい、部屋に閉じ込められたが、快適に過ごせた。夜はビールなどのサービスあり。朝食も美味しい。
