The hotel is old and room have smell of smoke, even it is a non smoking room. Near to Railway station, which is very convenient. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

I loved our traditional room, and the public baths! It was so relaxing and so nice to experience a traditional Japanese Ryokan. I highly recommend to everyone! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and the tea and snacks were delicious!

客室は広さもあり問題ないレベル、スタッフも問題なし。 朝食のサービスは無くなってしまったが、20時まで1階のエレベーター横の部屋（元朝食会場）が解放されお菓子や飲み物（珈琲やジュースなど。ドリンクバーによくある機械が設置）が自由にとれるようになっている。 正直な感想として、悪くない。むしろ意外と穴場？ 位な印象を受ける。 ただ、問題があるのは立地。高雄駅から少し東側の台鉄鳳山が最寄りになる事。MRT鳳山駅からだと1km程度距離がある。一つ先のMRT大東駅からの方が少し近いくらい。また、ホテル近辺に飲食店などは少なく20時を過ぎると飲食店が閉まり始める。もしも夜に食事を買いたくなった場合はMRT鳳山駅の南側（中山路付近）が夜まで活気があり24時間営業している飲食店もあるためそこまで行くと良い。youbikeがホテルの目の前にあるので、それを使えば苦痛は少なくて済む。 高雄のざっくりとした立地などが分かっているのであれば金額を考えるとかなりお得なホテルと言えると思う。

一進大廳就瀰漫著濃濃的煙味，問了櫃檯: 你們不是禁煙嗎?回答是[我們都有宣導，但是客人不一定遵守]，這真的是很難接受的管理。根據觀察，應該是飯店也經營按時間休息的客人，所以無法強制禁煙，我們深覺受騙，他們不該聲稱他們是[禁煙房]。第二，我們原本的房間可能是休息的客人剛離開，不但房間煙味還很重，連盥洗用具都沒補上，我們要求換房，但是房間狀況並沒有比較好，隔音又差，我們睡不好，第二天早上起晚了，到餐廳9點，已經沒有吐司了，只剩下白稀飯，總結，我們的住宿經驗不好，以後也不會再住這間飯店了。
