「チェックイン前にキャリー等の大きい荷物を預かって貰えるか伺ったところ、笑顔がとてもとても素敵なスタッフさんがおりとても快く引き受けてくださいました。また、預けた後は親切にお部屋まで運んでくださり、チェックイン後はただ部屋に向かうだけでした。また、チェックイン時のスタッフさんもとても親切で説明が丁寧で素敵でした。お部屋も今まで泊まったホテルで1番と言っていいほど素敵で、近くに薬局、コンビニ、少し歩いたところにスーパーもあるため、買い出しをして部屋で料理もしました。また洗濯機もあり、浴槽も完備しているため文句なしです。ここまで完璧なホテルは過去一だと言っていいほど素敵でした。また東京へ行った時は絶対泊まりたいなと思っております。1泊だけでしたがお世話になりました。またよろしくお願いします。」
