「So the positives - the hotel itself was in a good location for what we needed, lovely friendly staff and the room was in excellent condition. The not so positive - the hotel uses the club facilities which was handy with restaurants etc close by and the pool if you wanted to but not quite the same as it being part of the hotel (and not a public pool etc). 「Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. 」

「自然を感じる森の中のクラシックなロッジ風のホテルです。設備も最新ではありません。敷地内にはコテージもありました。レンガの壁と木の温もりを感じながら、時間の流れをゆったり感じる部屋でした。ベランダはとても快適でした（灰皿アリ！）。道路に面しているので、たまに通過する車の音は聞こえますが、木々で道路は見えない為、森の中にいる感じがあります。２２時も過ぎるととても静かでした。天気の良い夜は満天の星を見ることが出来るでしょう。レストラン、リカーショップが隣接。ホテル名からはビーチに近い感じを受けますが、アボカビーチまでは車で10分くらい掛かります。（アボカビーチは地名ですw）」

「From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. 」

「Unterkunft mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Im Prinzip ein nettes Motor Inn, benötigt jedoch dringend ein Make-Over in Form von neuen Möbeln, z.B. Sessel sind alt und verschmutzt, und Ausstattung Bad. Teppich wurde nie gesaugt und war fleckig und beschädigt. Bad war sauber, die Ausstattung wirkt jedoch alt. Positiv: es gab immer frische, saubere Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche war immer sauber. Der Müll wurde täglich entleert. Kaffee, Tee, Kekse regelmäßig nachgefüllt plus; es gab frische Milch...
