"Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID. The only way to get privacy is to close THREE blinds, and from the outside (bed side), leaving no way to enter the bathroom.
