"The room did not suit our needs and was not as expected. The room appeared be to be much smaller than the quoted size and had far less space than other hotels with a smaller quoted room size. The main room appeared to have only one small power outlet on one side of the two beds, making it impossible for 2 people to plug in their devices at the same time. "The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here "

"This was the second hotel I stayed at during my first trip to Osaka. I was there for two nights on the 29th floor. The room was amazing and offered a great view overlooking Namba Park and what I believe was Den Den Town. The Christmas decorations being set up were a nice touch, and I appreciated being invited to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony as well."
