Clean and comfortable

The hotel's location might be good, but I wasn't satisfied with some of the services. For example, the elevators were so slow that I waited 15 minutes for one to arrive. Also, the pool water was cold, and I couldn't enjoy swimming. My room wasn't cleaned despite my having a cleaning card. I asked for slippers, and three times they brought me a toothbrush; there seems to be a communication problem.

Prestige Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The manager even came outside to personally welcome us and thank us for choosing to stay there, which made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the gentlemen working during breakfast service provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made every morning enjoyable. I felt so comfortable throughout our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend Prestige Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. 10/10 !

Good location in a beautiful old building. Lovely corridors and courtyard. We stayed in a family room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Strong AC and hot shower. Breakfast was superb and the welcome drink and afternoon snack were great touches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator was helpful for taking luggage up.
