The hotel receptionist illegally forced us to switch to the residential side room, and even squeezed my two separate rooms booking into one room booking. They even threatened us , to treat us as a “ no show “ case if we don’t accept. So, we, 4 adults, have to accept one queen bed and one double bed. "Reached after the usual check in time. Thank you to staff for passing me the keys still. I like the firm pillows too, room is nice and clean
Only downside is nil lift, we had to walk the stairs without our large luggages "
