"Excellent all the way around! This is our 2nd time staying at DAIWA. We stayed at one in Aomori in 2019 and was very impressed! Love the breakfast great selection and unlike other hotels they didn’t cut back. We love the shower/bath combo set up especially! Rooms are good size. The only disappointment the washer and dryer was constantly BUSY! I managed to get one load done. It didn’t matter what time! I got done at 10pm. Other than that we highly recommend DAIWA, it’s worth it."

"The room was clean and just roomy enough for one person. The lack a of sink in the bathroom was a bit of a negative though. The spa was a big plus for me because I need to recover from the long drive from Hiroshima before climbing in the Northern Alps. The staff were very friendly! Great smiles!"

"Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Great location near the train station and we had a bright and spacious room with full amenities. I particularly liked you could just ask for new towels and trash removal instead of the whole “make up my room” option. Just felt more eco’ and efficient. I also love there was the Toyama water dispenser on each level. And the service was perfect. Love it! Deffff recommend."

"The staff are hardworking, polite, friendly to us, they are second to none! Much better if the brekky may include orange or fruits choice, instead of full meal, for those who watch weight ha ha."

"Right next to the station, and close to lots of eateries. We also had a car and the parking voucher was super. Spacious and comfortable, would definitely recommend."
