    外観や1Fのラウンジ、カフェはおしゃれで綺麗でした。 フロントスタッフの方も物腰柔らかい話し方でよかったですが、部屋にバスタオルやタオルがなく困りました。 また、アイロンをお借りしようと思いましたが無いそうです。タオルもアイロンもあると記載してあるのに実際ないというのはいかがでしょうか。 無いのであればそう記載していただきたいです。 また、自販機などがなく、近くにコンビニ等もないため泊まる前に飲み物を買い忘れるとアウトです。 薬を飲みたいだけなのに部屋でお水が飲めない状況になり困りました。有料でもいいので置いてほしかったです。 仕方なくカフェのセルフサービスの水を部屋まで持ち込みました。 アメニティやサービスが最低限なのはいいのですが、宿泊者にとっては不親切なくらい最低限でした。 静かに過ごしたくて来ているのに、中学生くらいの男子グループがラウンジで騒いだり廊下をバタバタと走り回っており不愉快でした。 写真やSNSでの口コミを見て期待して宿泊しましたがこのようなことがありがっかりしました。…
