What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location for someone not wanting to be in the crowds…. Yet only a 6 minute walk to basically everything. Condos are quiet. Great pool. I would definitely recommend this place.

Incredible Hawai’i Location!

This condo was clean, comfortable, the perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and shoppes of Kona, and incredible ocean views. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing we wishes was that the mattress was a little more firm, it tends to cradle you.

The place was very clean and beautiful, enjoyed the ocean view and sunset on the balcony. The two bathrooms were a great convenience when travel with family. The host provided almost everything needed. Check-in and check-out were easy with very clear and detailed instructions. Will recommend this place and Kona Coast to friends in future!

Very nice property. Clean, spacious for a couple, and great location. The property manager kept us updated and even called us to let us know that we could check in earlier. You have everything you need to go to the beach in the property. Overall, everything went great. Highly recommend.

Great location and a lovely condo.

Condo is very well stocked including beach gear. It was very quiet and very clean. East walking distance to shopping and restaurants with none of the traffic. Wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely book this unit again.

It is a so hard to know what a place is going to look like. I really just judged by the pictures and descriptions. It was everything that I wanted, close to downtown, large enough to be comfortable, and clean. I’ve also had a vacation home I’ve rented out, so I’m super picky. So I’d give it five stars. Love Kona Pacific. This is the 4th unit in the complex and probably my favorite with the ocean view however, the ac units are aging and although they worked, they were extremely loud in no way tolerable for sleeping. The ceiling fans are of the same vintage and rumbled/squeaked. I understand that there is no guarantee of beach amenities but being a condo close to the beach, at least a couple of functional beach chairs would seem to be something you would expect. The chairs there were broken and unsafe really. The lanai furniture was failing also and definitely needs maintenance.

We had everything we needed for the stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The location is walkable to Kailua-Kona shops and restaurants. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk from the property. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already there. The bonus was seeing the sunset from the balcony. The host was very clear about how to access the property. We didn’t need to reach out to the host during our stay.

The Kona Coast Vacations VRBO was a great spot to have as a base for all of our daily trips, and excursions. The location is excellent(close to restaurants, shopping) and the Condo had all the amenities we needed. We watched several beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The residents were friendly and the pool was a refreshing way to settle into the late afternoon, evening.

Didn't want to leave!

This was an amazing place to stay. Listing is accurate very comfortably stay. I was comfortable and love it so much I was willing to stay forever! Kitchen was well equipped and very clean (no bugs). Loved the shower iff the main bedroom....never ran out of hot water with 4 of us showering. The pool was amazing...every time I went we pretty much had it to ourselves.

Property was conveniently nearby stores and beaches. Although the property was clean, it was filled with cockroaches. No matter how many times we cleaned and sprayed there would be a new swarm in the cabinets, drawers, tabletops, floor and within the dishwasher.
