Could not have been more perfect. With two young adult children, the three bedrooms and three bathrooms made for comfortable stay for all. Everything was clean, spacious and in perfect working order. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and dinning room for cooking and falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. Didn't need the AC in January with breeze, stairs were good exercise for us young and young at heart. Highly recommended for family stays.

Great ocean-front place

Loved Shawna's place. Everything was great, especially the sound of the ocean and the views! The place is really close to Kahalu'u beach, which has good options for snorkelling. The place is stocked with equipments for Tennis, boogie boards, pool noodles, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything We Hoped For & More

Being able to see and hear the ocean was such a complete experience and a wonderful property to boot! Home came with everything you need for snorkeling, beach time, racquet sports or simply relaxing by the pool. The only problem was that our trip went by too quickly.

Great for three generational family!

The 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were perfect for our family - grandparents, parents, and two daughters. We each had our getaway space and spacious common spaces. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lanai was great for watching the magnificent sunsets! Loved the location and the resort. Our second time at the resort and would definitely stay here again! I do recommend the a/c in August.

What a perfect condo for our Kona trip

We are a group of 3 couples who enjoy traveling and diving together. This condo and location was absolutely perfect. 3 bedrooms 3 baths right on the water front with a huge lani. Who could ask for more. Close to groceries restaurants. And beaches it was perfect for our trip. We paid the extra for the ac and it worked wonderfully. I would definatly recommend this well equipped condo.

The location was amazing and condo was great. It has everything you need. There were a few problems with items not working but management responded quickly and got them working. For those deciding on A/C. We just used the fans with windows open. It got pretty warm during the day but cooled off later in the night. Would recommend to others and stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the ocean! You can’t get any closer to the water. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It’s perfect for groups, with three private areas that were ideal for our three couples. We all had our own space but could still come together to enjoy the amazing views and shared amenities.The pool was a great spot to relax, and the pickleball courts were a fun bonus! We also never had any issues with parking, which was a big plus. The owner was fantastic with communication, always prompt and helpful with any questions. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Hawaiian vacation!

Gorgeous view

The stay was good overall. The condo was not as clean as it should've been. The washing machine was moldy. The bedding/sheets smelled bad. AC is not included (but is available) and you don't really need it but the screens were torn. Overall, the condo has great potential but needs some maintenance. It was spacious and convenient and one could not get a better view of the ocean, sunsets or stars.

Perfect Location

This is a beautiful property and the photos are accurate. There was ample space for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed and more than your average property. We encountered some dirty dishes so gave a 4 star for cleanliness. But overall, the unit was otherwise very very clean. The location is perfect with gorgeous ocean view. We loved eating meals outside on the Lanai. Just be aware there are several flights of stairs to get to the unit. The grounds are quite beautiful and entry was easy. Communication with management was great.

The views are breathtaking!

We were 4 adults, me, my husband, my brother and my niece. The place was amazing! Very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked like a charm. Also has ceiling fans and floor fans. We spent a lot of time on the wrap around lanai just taking in the beautiful scenery! Nice breeze most of the time! Very private location. Spacious Condo!

We loved our time here. It's a little like staying at a family members cottage/condo. It's not a typical bare rental. You'll find games, DVDs, spices, coffee filters, towels, sand toys, beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs, different sheets/blankets/rugs.....I could go on and on. This is a very spacious condo. Plenty of room to spread out. The beds/bedding are nearing the end of their life span, but we were more than happy overall. The patio is amazing. We spent a lot of time out there at night watching the sun set. This condo was about 30-40 minutes away from our favorite beaches but an easy drive. Communication was easy. Check in was a breeze. We appreciated the option for air conditioning.

Beautiful place to stay, relax and unwind. Owner is easy to work with. Everything you need is right there in condo. Go to Walmart for anything you need priced very reasonable.. Be aware that most everything closes down early evening on the island.
