Summary:

A private bungalow-style unit on the lower level of a Kailua-Kona home, a short walk from Magic Sands Beach.



The unit is clean, quiet and in a great location. Park for free right in front of the house and use the BBQ grill at the side of the house.



You'll have a queen bed, your own bathroom, a lanai and a kitchenette for light meals. There is no full kitchen.



The Space:

Unit C has a queen bedroom, a private bathroom, a living area and a lanai. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, good for breakfast and light meals.



Guest Access:

Unit C has its own private entrance on the lower level. Free parking is in front of the house, and the BBQ grill at the side of the house is there for guests to use. Laundry is shared with the other units.



The Neighborhood:

About a 5 minute walk to Magic Sands Beach, and a short drive to Ali'i Drive and downtown Kailua-Kona for restaurants, shops and the farmers market.



Getting Around:

Free parking in front of the house. The free Ali'i Drive trolley stops within walking distance, or a rental car is the easiest way to explore the island.



Other Things to Note:

Unit C is one of three private units on the lower level of the house, so you may see other guests coming and going. There's a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen.
