The condo exceeded our expectations and keyless self check-in was a breeze. Upper lanai had an outstanding sunset view and was quiet and private. The condo is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical landscaping. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Two meals a day in bed was comfortable. There were ample linens for the beds and bathroom. There was a closet with beach chairs, and an umbrella and a small ice chest which we used nearly every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home and would love to stay again.

This was an incredible place to stay! We loved the ocean view from the lanai, the full kitchen, the comfortable bed, and having a washer & dryer. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including items for the beach like chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkels, etc. it was very clean and everything was in excellent working order. There is a grocery store and drug store very close by. We would love to stay here again!

Cute condo with full kitchen, two balconies and most importantly a washer/dryer which was super helpful for our 2 week trip to Hawaii. Also had plenty of bath and beach towels as well as chairs and umbrella for the beach which came in handy. Would stay here again

Kailua Kona Property

Great location. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was filled with appliances and cookware. Plenty of towels and beach items. The view from the lanai was great. Sunset view was fantastic. The marker for the parking spot could use a bit more lighting if arriving at night. It is a 2 story unit with bedroom/bath on the lower level so be aware if you have mobility issues.

Great Place to Discover the Big Island

Condo was true to the listing, cute, comfortable and well appointed. AC and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs kept the unit cool. Stunningly beautiful ocean and sunset views from the upstairs lanai. Cozy and private lanai off the downstairs bedroom. Nearby shopping center has a grocery store and numerous shops and restaurants. Short drive north to the heart of Kona. Tons of coffee farms nearby. Quick drive or 30 minute-ish walk to the nearest beach to the north, which features black sand and snorkeling. Main living space is upstairs. Bedroom and the only bathroom are downstairs. Is basically a split-level condo - use of stairs is mandatory. So not ideal for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Quiet setting and desirable view of Keauhou Bay

Quiet and nice distant ocean view with whales. Rich Hawaiian historical place in Keauhou Bay and He’ia Bay. We did not get a reply to our email queries, lack of communication resulted in some stress and lost opportunities.Perfume outlet plugins were really noxious to us.

Nice Lodging

Nice, clean lodging. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all that we required to cook for ourselves. The support staff were excellent when dealing with a smoke/CO2 alarm that was faulty. There was a nice red head bird who visited us frequently. Would prefer to deal with a person face to face to check in rather than through digital means. Overall, a good stay.

Go to the vrbohome pagevrbo-logo Keauhou Resort 113 Stay

We were very satisfied with our choice in this VRBO. The location was great and close to all the activities we had planned for on this side of the island. Communication with the host was excellent. I had read reviews prior to booking and many had complained about the bed having to be replaced, so I actually reached out prior to booking to ask if this had been addressed. The host replied letting us know they had changed out the mattress so we booked this place. Upon arrival it was very easy to get into our building. The place was well kept and I appreciate that they provided complimentary Kona coffee. The space was just right for the two of us. It felt very private. Overall great place to stay!

Hands Down the best Condo Ever!!!

Simply the best! This condo was absolutely beautiful and so well-appointed right down to the snorkeling equipment and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We could not have asked for more for our family vacation. Location was ideal. View of the sunsets gorgeous. This was the nicest rental I have ever stayed in.

Very clean with nice but distant view of the ocean

Very clean apartment with lots of cooking equipment. The fire alarm malfunctioned and would not stop beeping. It was dismantled but not replaced. We had to leave 24 hours earlier than planned because of expected tropical storm that did delay and cancel flights from Kona back to Honolulu and a connecting flight to Australia.

Wonderful condo overall

Very clean condo. Very quiet. Enjoyed the pool and friendly residents. We love the location of Keauhou for the convenience. Only negative is the old mattress needs replacing. Pillows too.

Great Place!

This place was terrific! We loved the open and spacious floor plan upstairs with the huge deck. We were thrilled to be able to see the ocean and sunsets from the deck. We cook quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the how the bedroom/bath were downstairs and the kitchen/living area upstairs. The location was great, close to everything but also quiet and relaxing. Pool area was lovely! We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the mattress definitely needs replacing.

Very happy!

Just paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing views, great AC, well appointed kitchen, quiet and close to shopping center. A little south of downtown Kona so area is not as crowded. Nice to have washer and dryer too. Just a few negatives - mattress needs to be replaced and bathroom is small. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

The place as advertised. We loved the view and quietness. It is clean, well maintained, and spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with basics. We would suggest to replace the mattress and pillows. Otherwise, we are very happy 😊 Thank you.
