Kona manager Isle Complex,74 units,library and meeting room with WIFI and on-site manager.
This second story condo is second from the end,near ocean front. The lanai gives the visitor a wonderful view not only of the ocean and palm trees but the beautiful garden area and the hills/mountains. Kona Isle,itself is located 1 1/2 miles from'town', a nice walk done by many daily. A scheduled bus comes by,also a local trolley that will take you to the snorkeling beach (Kahalu'u). The trolley runs from town and the pier for about 6 miles South.
Kona Isle condos are located on the ocean with beautiful maintained grounds. There is a pool with new patio furniture. There is a sand beach with new chairs and lounges. If the waves are just right,you have access to a fantastic salt water pond next to the complex. Next to the 'beach' is a barbecue area with a deck,tables and benches. There are many happy gatherings on the oceanfront.
Kailua-Kona town and the surrounding areas are full of historic and adventurous sights,restaurants and events. This one bedroom,one bath condo will allow you to relax,be comfortable and enjoy your stay in Hawaii. It will meet your every need,from linens,beach towels and kitchen appliances,including washer and dryer.We welcome you to our paradise!

このユニットはとても素晴らしい時間を過ごせます ユニット内はとても清潔に用意されており アメニティーも十分に用意されています そして何と言っても立地の良さです 施設内のビーチは毎日夕日を眺めながら過ごすのに最適で、何と滞在初日のビーチではプロポーズをするカップルが居ました それだけ素敵なビーチが施設内にはありました 駐車場も分かりやすく このユニットの駐車場はちょうど外灯の下にあり夜の駐車も安心です また利用したいと思う宿泊施設です

The location and the grounds were very nice. The unit had what we needed. The bed was very tight in the room but I understand why they put in a king size. It was hard to keep the bedroom cool but keeping the door open helped. I wouldn’t do more than 2 adults in this unit.

Host responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Internet was weak during for a week out of our 2 week stay. It could not be fixed. I was expected to work but could not get a stable connection. Kitchen pantry was sadly lacking, dishes are chipped. Location is great, we enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony.

Nice stay next to Kona

The apartment is perfect to visit the west side of the Big Island. The kitchen and the patio are great. All the beach and snorkeling provided accessories are big plus. The swimming pool and the community place are perfect to watch sunsets.

Delightful stay

We were really satisfied with this unit. The location was great. We could see and hear the ocean from our lanai and for us the fact that we could see the sunrise from the lanai was great. We ate all our meals out there. The unit was meticulously upgraded ( careful workmanship) and not cluttered with unnecessary stuff. It was however, extremely well stocked with essentials- better than we have had in other places. This was our first time at this complex and would definitely try to stay here again next time.

Beautiful condo in a very quiet complex

Beautiful upgraded condo. Besides the regular amenities, it also had beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear. The complex is very quiet, mainly retirees. People gather to watch the sunset, very friendly and communal. Brad and Jennifer were very helpful.

Everything was perfect

The unit was great, the property was well taken care of, and the host was exceptional. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. I would definitely stay here again. When you're in Hawaii, you need to stay on the water. Beautiful and relaxing views.

Great condo

Great condo and property. Enjoyed being so close to the ocean and the condo was well equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation. Property had great out door area for grilling and watching the sunset. We enjoyed staying here.

Great place to spend a week in Kona

We had a wonderful stay at Kona Isle. The unit was updated, clean, efficient and everything worked as it should. The beach area was fantastic for sunset grilling and beach dining. We would definitely stay here again!

Mahalo For The Excellent Accommodation

Excellent VRBO property for my recent 11 day vacation. Loved the ocean views from the lanai. Excellent nightly sunset viewing location ocean front on the beach. Condo was clean, well kept and well stocked. Appreciated beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, blanket, towels). Used the yoga mat daily for yoga on the beach. One suggestion:please replace the broken beach chair.

Great condo

My wife and 14 yo son were really happy with this condo. The space was good for the 3 of us. There’s a king bed, pullout couch, and seating for 3 on the lanai. You can also pull in a chair from the lanai to sit 3 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has pretty much every utensil and appliance you’d need. We used the washer & dryer a few times. Ample storage space. Lots of great stuff for the beach too! Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards (a little worn). From the lanai is a view of the water. There’s a great viewing area by the water for sunsets and just hanging out or bbq’ing. The pool is nice. We LOVED that this was a quiet complex. In five days/nights there, we didn’t encounter any loud conversations or noise. It’s 1.2 miles into the south part of Kona (easy to walk/run/ride because of bike lanes on both side of road. Kona beachfront is about a one mile stretch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kona Isle and this unit. Bonus was AC in the living room.

Great for a couple

Relaxing, quiet time doing a lot of reading by the pool or on their beach. BBQ most nights while watching the sunset. Beautiful spot. Nice kept-up grounds.

Great Island For Hiking & Star Viewing

The property is excellent. Suite B27 is very well equipped for cooking and for snorkelling. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet room. Excellent TV coverage incl Netflix. Convenient to have washer and dryer in-house.

Fantastic find

We went to the Big Island for a wedding and had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. I love that we didn't stay in town and that the well-maintained condo/facility was just a couple of miles away from downtown/restaurants. Various beaches and snorkeling locations were easy to access as well. We were also able to safely (COVID-safe) host friends for dinner that were also in town at their complex's great bbq/picnic area the complex has. At night, you can hear the waves crashing. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you!
