The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday. My partner was injured on our last day on the slopes and the staff arranged transport to the hospital and sent a staff member to translate; we can’t thank them enough for making sure our stay was perfect…even when it wasn’t. In fact I was expecting something a bit more old fashioned after looking on the Expedia listing. Overall a very nice time with a beautiful view of Lake Toya wherever you go! "
