Coziest Stay Ever

This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. We would love to stay here again if we make a return trip to Japan!

チェックイン時に既にエアコンを適温でセットしていてくれて嬉しかったです。室内も綺麗で掲示物も見易く親切でした。６人家族でも余裕なテーブルが大きく椅子もたくさんあって助かりました。部屋がサウナ付きで最高です。そして屋根裏で寝れる、なんか秘密基地感があって童心に還ることができました！ 価格もリーズナブルでオススメできます。駐車スペースもあるのが良い。周辺施設が繁華街より離れているのが少し残念ではありますが、総合的に見ても星５です！

The location is in the opposite side of Toyako Onsen, and there are very few óptions of public transportation, good if you have a car. The Park in front in the Lake is nice.

予約時に確認したい事があったので電話をしたが、オペレーターに繋がってこの物件はもう扱っていないと言われた。メッセージを送るも返信が無く、Expediaの方からコンタクトを取ってもらいやっと電話で話せたのに、後でメールしますの一点張りで早く切りたそうな言い方をされて、感じが悪かった。 施設はキレイで、和室もあって、車も目の前に停めれるので赤ちゃん連れにもおすすめ。 ただ、和室の敷布団が掛け布団並みに薄いのとまな板が汚かったのが残念。 サウナ付きの宿泊施設は初めてで、新鮮だった！かなり気持ち良くておすすめ。 最初の対応は残念だったけど、立地、施設、コスパを考えるとまた利用したいと思う

3人で利用しました。とても広く快適でした！2階は吹き抜けでロフトのようになつており、暑がりな旦那は暑くてどうしようもなかったようですが…暑がりではない私には逆に丁度よく眠れました。歯ブラシがなかったのには少し残念でした。急遽近くのコンビニまで歯ブラシを買いに行きました。

鍵が開かず、施設に連絡をしたところ掲載されているロッジが間違っている｣と言われました。 送られてきた資料には、文字でBのロッジと書かれていましたが、画像はAのロッジにマルがついていました。 なので、記載されていた暗証番号も間違っており、部屋に入るまでにかなりの時間を要し凍えてしまいました。 駐車場についても、当初はロッジ敷地外に路駐しても問題ないと言われました（しませんでしたが）。 朝、言われた場所を見ると、除雪車が作業しており、もし路駐していたら周囲の方に大変な迷惑をかけることになったと思います。 施設自体は綺麗ですし、必要なものも揃っており便利でしたが、対応にかなり問題があると感じました。

メールでの直前の質問にもすぐに対応いただき、備品も完備されていてよかったです。 施設は綺麗だったのですが、一点だけ、床の清掃がされていなかったようでそこだけが残念でした。ただ掃除機もあるので自身で清掃すれば問題ない程度です。 コスパは素晴らしいです。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。
