"I stayed at two Omena Hotels during my trip to Finland. The biggest downside is the lack of staff and amenities. There is no reception desk, and if you need luggage storage, you'll have to find it elsewhere. The rooms themselves were clean and had several electrical outlets, which was very convenient. Both rooms were spacious for a solo traveler, although the bathrooms were quite small. The central Turku location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, Omena Hotels...

"No reception is a strategy to select travelers 😀 The check-in process if one reads carefully all the instructions is easy… only the sign for the lift is not easy to find. Breakfast is great."
