K & R パーク周辺のホテル

「部屋のクリーニングが10日の滞在で1回と 少ない」

「Stayed twice on the same journey. Great place. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.」

「Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh breakfast kept stocked which was nice. Clean room and facilities. Totally worth the stay」

「I’m really upset. I was traveling all day in the car and I made a reservation. I had my 20 year old son with me but nowhere did it say that he couldn’t stay at the property. When I got there I was subject to a full search of my bags and person. Then rudely told we couldn’t stay there even though I had already booked through Expedia. You guys need to update this casino resort on your website so others don’t have to go through this. Do better.」

「Goog staff」

「The room smelled as if someone sprayed heavy scented perfume. Good place to sleep if you bring your own pillows. No breakfast…!」

「Location」

「ほぼ全て良かったのですが唯一エアコンの音がうるさくてoffにしてもうるさくて寝ている時は何度か目が覚めました。あとは良かったです。」

「綺麗で良かった！ またスタッフも対応が丁寧で良かったです。」

「This is a 5 Star hotel! Great location, huge room, secure, covered parking. located a couple blocks from downtown, this hotel is perfect. Clean, safe, staff communication amazing. our 2nd time staying here in 2 years. next time in Memphis, we will stay again. thank you @the stallion!」

「No downstairs for this elderly couple. That was bad. Also the highway traffic noise was bad. Broken toilet tank cover & broken bedside table. No chair to sit in except one desk chair. Pretty poor quality facility」

「Check-in was friendly and helpful. WiFi was very slow. The room’s carpet looked dirty, but we were tired and didn’t feel like asking for a different room, so I just kept my socks on instead of going barefoot. In the morning, I saw some lint on the bath mat, so I shook it out over the tub and a bug came out and went down the drain. Yuck! The blow dryer only blew cold air. The breakfast was a good spread, but it ran out of some items before the end of the breakfast time and they weren’t replaced....

「Nice stay」
