"Easy to get to, check in staff was very friendly, however, when we checked out, the person at the desk, acted very inconvenience by the fact that I took their time away from their phone. Bed sheets were clean, but had old stains on them. Ugh 😫 Breakfast was ok"

No feather free pillows on property. Front desk was not empathetic about the pillow request. No welcome gifts were provided for Marriott members. Breakfast was tasty, coffee was cold. Staff member appeared unapproachable and couldn’t be bothered with engaging with others in conversation. Front office staff members consistently sitting at the sofas and not attending to the front desk area. Have had a much better experience in the past with this hotel. "
