Service was terrible. The room was not cleaned and towels were not changed, even though I went downstairs in the afternoon and reminded them. PGA National Resort
bathroom makes no sense place was understaffed and staff was indifferent hot tub was broken hours of hot tub miscommunication concierge was absent / non existent place is way overpriced for the services provided. They should at least include a decent breakfast.
