"The room was actually fairly clean but the toilet was already plugged with toilet paper and dental floss when I got in there. Really weird! Plus there were some stains on the bedding which was gross but I know it had been washed. "

"The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week. Considering the rate paid, I believe more amenities should have been included. We primarily used the accommodation as a place to sleep, and given the price, alternatives with additional features such as a pool or other amenities might have been more suitable. The location was convenient and close to all necessary destinations. I would consider returning, but I would opt for a more affordable room, as the current offering mainly serves as a sleeping space without additional amenities. "

"When we arrived, we saw the cleaning staff doing their thing and it seemed to be very thorough--so cleanliness gets high remarks. The biggest issue I had is that there is no front desk staff or lobby so there is absolutely no where to leave your bags. Even at 2 start motels, you can generally drop your bags off so you can move about the city with comfort. The code for your door is activated at 4pm exactly so unless you opt to pay $30, there is no such thing as early check-in. Again, I wish I knew all these details before booking. For $250 a night, I believe another hotel would have been open to early check in with no fee or at the very least, let you leave your bags in a secure location. We didn't use the kitchenette but all things seemed to be in working order which is convenient for people who have a need for a fridge, coffee machine, etc. The area was fine--I saw some review that shady characters hung around the area but I did not see any of that. We used Uber to get around to Northwood (very cute area with shops and restaurants) and Downtown."

"Billed for parking not in hotel description. Room NOT serviced on a daily basis. And hotel has NOT refunded security deposit taken at check-in although room was fully paid in advance. Will not stay at this property again! "

"Property was run down. Toilet seat and base wobbled. Toilet tank ran out of water and would not flush. Card to open the door had to be reprogrammed twice. The bathroom sink clogged up and would take a long time to clear. No coffee pot. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were worn down"
