「My favorite place to stay in Juneau.」

「アラスカ感たっぷりの味のあるホテルでしたが、４連泊中のタオル交換や石けんの補充はありませんでしたし、洋服をかけるハンガーもありませんでしたので、値段の割にはアメニティーがいまいちかと思いました。もちろん、コーヒーメーカーやバスタブなどありません（専用あるいは共用のシャワーのみ）。あと、注意したいのは、フロントが２４時間対応ではなく、早朝のチェックアウトなど注意が必要です。フロントのいる時間を確認しても適当ですので、フロントのいるうちにチェックアウトした方が安心です。それから、バーが併設されており、夜は結構うるさいです。」

「部屋の窓が壊れていて閉じなかったため、フロントに対応をお願いしたが他に空いている部屋がないと言われて仕方なくこの部屋に滞在した。その際、謝罪の言葉もなく、クレームしたがホテルでは受け付けないと言われた。エクスペディア経由でしかクレームは受け付けないと断られた。高級ホテルと評価されているだけに印象は最悪でした。」

「中心からも歩いて行ける距離で便利。 歩いて行ける距離にホームセンターもあり、通りの向こうの停留所から空港行のバスにも乗れます。 部屋はクローゼットが二つあって便利だったが、ドアスコープとセフティーボックスが無いのは残念 日中はフロントに人がいないので、鍵を持って外出。キーホルダー無しのルームキーは初めてだった。」

「Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!! Such current, stylish decor and a beautiful view of the harbor across the street out our big windows! (Steps above any other place I researched to stay in the area.) The owner was so sweet to stock the studio apartment with extra snacks and drinks for us to enjoy! She was super quick to answer any messages from us and gave great advice about places to visit, excursion companies to use, and local restaurants to try. We even got to see her one day as she was...

「Shangri-La met our needs for a couple days in Juneau. The whole unit is very big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is great, and I loved that it had a washer/dryer. The sitting area is just ok but it could use a chair. Also, it was not made clear in the amenities that it does not have a regular stove and oven. It has a double cooktop you need to get out of a drawer and a single burner cooktop. They do not heat up like a regular stove. They do have a pretty big toaster...

「Gene and Elizabeth were amazing hosts. So inviting and friendly and helped with suggestions which all turned out to be great. Breakfast was top notch. Rooms are nice but walls are thin. Safe area and walkable into town. Highly recommend. 」
