「中心からも歩いて行ける距離で便利。 歩いて行ける距離にホームセンターもあり、通りの向こうの停留所から空港行のバスにも乗れます。 部屋はクローゼットが二つあって便利だったが、ドアスコープとセフティーボックスが無いのは残念 日中はフロントに人がいないので、鍵を持って外出。キーホルダー無しのルームキーは初めてだった。」

「アラスカ感たっぷりの味のあるホテルでしたが、４連泊中のタオル交換や石けんの補充はありませんでしたし、洋服をかけるハンガーもありませんでしたので、値段の割にはアメニティーがいまいちかと思いました。もちろん、コーヒーメーカーやバスタブなどありません（専用あるいは共用のシャワーのみ）。あと、注意したいのは、フロントが２４時間対応ではなく、早朝のチェックアウトなど注意が必要です。フロントのいる時間を確認しても適当ですので、フロントのいるうちにチェックアウトした方が安心です。それから、バーが併設されており、夜は結構うるさいです。」

「日曜になると空港行きの市バス本数が減るので、飛行機移動の前日に1泊利用しました。 清潔で冷蔵庫とwifiと風呂があり、空港が見える距離(歩いて2、3分)。フロントでも早めチェックインに対応してもらい好印象でした。 マイナスを挙げると、シリアルバーとマフィンだけの朝食と、他の客の騒音が少し気になったぐらい。」

「部屋の窓が壊れていて閉じなかったため、フロントに対応をお願いしたが他に空いている部屋がないと言われて仕方なくこの部屋に滞在した。その際、謝罪の言葉もなく、クレームしたがホテルでは受け付けないと言われた。エクスペディア経由でしかクレームは受け付けないと断られた。高級ホテルと評価されているだけに印象は最悪でした。」

「Very nice stay! This house, situated in a trailer park, is so clean and comfy. They also provided pretty much everything, I really didn’t need to bring anything except my toothbrush! We were impressed! The coffee was great too! Dallas was great at helping us super quick AND we were coming in late and he kindly left all lights on for us to easily find the home! We’d definitely stay here again!!」

「Juneau was amazing! The property was so gorgeous!! You are able to walk right down to the water and throw a pole in. Within a couple of casts I caught a lingcod! There is so much wild life around and you are in a perfect location for whatever you're looking to do!」

「Overall the property was great, view beautiful and property clean. This unit the porch is not in the front view of water but can see through the trees. Property well stocked with necessities. We were here to surprise family for a graduation so location was awesome for us only 5 min. drive. Downtown about 30 min away. Parking is down a small hill and a few stairs to unit if you have someone who might not be elderly or disabled keep in mind. Can pick up at the top after a few stairs. Beach...
