Ski slope in front of Hotel. Staff is just wonderful and kind.

We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade. For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared. There is with dampness across the corridor. Certain lights in the swimming area are not operational and corrosion are seen in some fittings. Rooms where spotless the red carpet is very contrasting and possibly old looking compared to rest of room but staff where fantastic and very helpful spoke good English which was a blessing spa facilities all clean and quite to use too

Excellent location on the main street, delicious food, great service! Family-friendly. A nice lounge with bar is attached. The restaurant is owned and operated by the hotel owners. Highly recommend!

The room was well organised. The facilities were good and the staff were very friendly.
