"We had such a pleasurable experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were accommodating and friendly. The food was good and so were the drinks. It was also a very clean hotel. We received room service multiples times and they were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kenya. They are also very central to nice restaurants, shopping and the safari. "

"The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!"

"Our stay was VERY nice. However, we would like to mention two details that may require some attention for future costumers: -Proper insulation of the shower cabin -too hard / too firm pillows Other than this, everything was extremely well at Ole Sereni, especially the friendly staff and the cleanness of your facility. "For years I have visited Nairobi on business and I have to say this is probably the best hotel in the city. I spent one week here and I did not want to leave. Facilities are modern, clean and comfortable, food is absolutely delicious but most importantly, every single member of the staff is there to help, to greet you with a smile and to make your day better. A true example of Kenyan hospitality. From the moment you are picked up at the airport, to the moment you are dropped off again, there is always someone ready to help. I will come back. "
