「So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. 「The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! 「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」

"10日以上の滞在ならオススメできます。ただしバルコニー付きキッチン付きの部屋だからですけど。異常猛暑に見舞われた5月下旬のパリは湿度も高くて気候は不快指数上がりっ放し。エアコンはないので扇風機かけっ放しで、何とか生き延びた感じでしたが、PSGの優勝で花火爆竹クラクションの嵐、煙もうもう部屋まで覆い尽くしたけれど、その日を境に気温降下して快適なホテルライフになりました（笑）ランドリーは部屋にはないので頼むシステム。タオルなんかを乾かそうと思ったけど、バスルームのパイプ式のヒーターが稼働しなかったんでフロントに頼んだら、翌日に新品が取り付けられてました。キッチンはIH２基に食洗機、レンジ、冷蔵庫（冷凍なし）等々揃っていて、食器や鍋釜も不自由なしでした。友達を呼んでなんちゃってホームパーティーをするにはいい環境。向かいに見下ろすのがモンマルトルの墓地で緑も広がっているし、夜には遥か彼方のエッフェル塔のサーチライトがホテルの頭上を反時計回りで通過します。視覚的欠点は向かいのビルの駐車場の大きな壁画がひどいこと。これがバンクシーだったら良かったのだけど（笑）"

"朝食がおいしかった。チーズやヨーグルトがとても美味しく、おかわりしました。スタッフの方は、良くも悪くもなかったです。シャワーが少ししか出ず、滞在中は髪を洗えませんでした。また、同室者の方のマナーが悪く、夜うるさかったり、ドライヤー後床に髪の毛が散らばっていたり、お化粧後に洗面が不潔でした。パリはまた訪れたいと思いますが、こちらのホステルには泊まらないと思います。"
