"大人3人子供2人で宿泊しました。初めての民泊でしたが、思っていたより部屋が広く、また設備も揃っており、とても感動しました。 2階には別の宿泊者？がいたようでよく足音が聞こえてきましたが、普通の一軒家でも2階から音は聞こえてくるし、特に気にならないレベルでした。普通のホテルに泊まるよりこちらを選択して良かったです。特に気になるところはありませんでしたが、強いて言えば、アメニティの歯ブラシが封が空いているものが置いてあったり、前泊者の忘れ物なのか旅行用の歯磨き粉が置きっぱなしでした。アメニティの歯磨き粉は歯ブラシとセットで小袋に入っていたので、あれは忘れ物だと思います。まあ使わなきゃいいだけなので、本当に強いて言うならっていうレベルです。駐車場もタダだしドラム式洗濯機もタダだしすごく良かったです。"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my time in Tokyo. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient, with several attractions, restaurants, and transportation options within walking distance. The rooms are compact, which is common in Tokyo, but they were functional and provided everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and convenient location, and I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay while exploring the city."

"Location: very close to Omiya station (train station) so easy to get to Tokyo. We went directly from Haneda Airport by Airport Limousine and it took a bit longer due to the traffic. Breakfast: lots of various things to choose from. Very tasty. I couldn’t do the charge to the room and needed to pay in advance."

"If you're looking for a more upscale hotel in Omiya, Palace Hotel Omiya is an excellent choice. Staying here was definitely the right decision. I arrived from Haneda Airport using the Airport Limousine Bus, which took about 70 minutes. It was so convenient because I didn't have to worry about hauling large suitcases through busy train stations. The bus stop is just steps from the hotel entrance. The location is also ideal for travelers. It's only about a 3-minute walk to Omiya Station, and a pedestrian deck directly connects the hotel to the station. This made it incredibly easy to catch the Joetsu Shinkansen the next morning. While there are several hotels in the area, Palace Hotel Omiya stands out if you're looking for a more refined experience. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. The selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the live cooking station, where chefs prepared made-to-order egg dishes just the way you like them. It was a wonderful way to start the day. If you're seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a touch of luxury in Omiya, I highly recommend Palace Hotel Omiya. It combines outstanding convenience with the polished hospitality that makes a stay feel truly special."
