House Notes:
- Pool & spa heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot heat both pool and spa at the same time.
- No exterior amplified music is allowed, or a fine will be imposed.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- No events or parties are allowed at this property.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings per the San Bernardino County Ordinance.
- 12 person maximum includes only the main house and guest house. If you would like to bring an RV or trailer, we ask that no more than 5 people occupy a unit at a time.

Extra Services & Fees
- In-ground pool and/or spa heating is a $150 /day charge
- RV or trailers is $200 /day per unit (max of 2)
- Fees for pool/spa and RV or trailers are to be paid up front within 48-24 hours of checkin

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 5-6 vehicles and 2 RV's or trailers
- Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A 4WD car is not required, but note that roads often have ruts, particularly after rain

[DISCLAIMERS]
- No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine
- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation
- Use of pool or spa heat (NOT hot tub) without prior approval from host will be subject to a $300 fine, plus $150 per day charge of usage
- Any food, trash, or other items found in pool after your stay will incur a $150 fee for cleaning
- Use of RV or trailer hookups without prior approval will be met with a minimum fine of $500 plus the $200 per day fee of usage
- Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.

Family-friendly, outdoor adventure escape to Joshua Tree

We loved this desert house and casita. It was perfect for our three families who like to travel together, including kids ranging in ages 7-13, plus us adults who are kids at heart. The property was incredible--private, full of outdoor adventure opportunities to get our kids off the screens and playing outside. Lots of amenities. Loved the interior decor. Chic and comfortable. A few things need a tiny bit of TLC (dishwasher rack), but host was great at communicating so I'm sure they will be fixed promptly. Didn't stop us from using everything and keeping up with daily needs for our large group. Definitely recommend this house!
