The Space:

JT Luxe Compound is a private one-acre property in Upper Friendly Hills, backing up to mountain views and fenced for privacy. It runs on a large solar array with battery backup, so power and AC stay on through peak summer. Outside, Joshua trees rise above a saltwater pool, a hot tub, a full-size lighted pickleball court, a barrel sauna with a glass viewing dome, a stargazing geodome, a putting green, a cabana with a 75-inch TV and a fire pit, all glowing under custom landscape lighting at night. Inside, warm wood, concrete and pops of blue keep things sleek and comfortable. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two sofa beds suit large groups. Flip on the court lights for a night match.

-Outdoor Amenities-

Start with yoga in the yard, mats provided, then warm up on the full-size pickleball court with the paddles and balls on hand. By midday the saltwater pool takes over, heated in winter or chilled in summer, with the hot tub alongside and a covered daybed for anyone who wants shade and a nap. Settle the afternoon's rivalries on the putting green or the cornhole boards.

As the sun drops, step into the barrel sauna and watch the mountains through its glass viewing dome. Dinner comes off the built-in BBQ in the covered cabana, served at the height-adjustable tables with the 75-inch TV on for the game. Later, pull a woven chair up to the custom concrete fire pit, then head up the lit steps to the stargazing geodome and its viewing loungers. The court's overhead LED lights stay on until 10 PM to protect local dark skies, and custom landscape lighting keeps the whole acre glowing after sunset.



-Living Area-

A wood-paneled ceiling, two queen sofa beds piled with blue pillows and a pair of leather armchairs make the living room an easy place to regroup. Put a movie on the 65-inch smart TV and switch on the electric fireplace. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi supports remote work, streaming and online schooling. A dedicated laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.



-Kitchen and Dining-

Glass pendants hang over a big island with seating, and warm wood shelving and cabinetry keep the kitchen inviting. It is fully outfitted, with a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and knife block, plus a full set of pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Gather the group at the long dining table beside the kitchen, or move dinner out to the cabana and the built-in BBQ.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

JT Luxe Compound has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and new memory foam mattresses. Bedroom 1 pairs a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a sitting area with blue swivel chairs, a desk and patio doors that look out to the backyard. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and a 65-inch smart TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed, one with a deep blue accent wall and the other with a slider to the patio. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, lit mirrors and concrete sinks on warm wood vanities, and are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and toilet paper.

JT Luxe Compound is set near the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and local dining, with Pioneertown and Yucca Valley for other days. The low desert cities of Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Indio are all within driving range, as are the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals.



Guest Access:

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! Please note that a few supply closets stay locked to store rental supplies.



Guests have access to the entire property except the storage shed, which is used for property management.

JT Luxe Compound is in Upper Friendly Hills, a sought-after Joshua Tree neighborhood close to the park's West Entrance. Pioneertown and Yucca Valley are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.
