Lovely room and excellent staff. Breakfast was very poor. Long wait for tables and western breakfast options were limited and hot food was cold.

Great experience overall. The hotel room had everything we needed including a microwave oven and a washer-dryer machine. Super specious. The location was not bas (about 10 minute walk from a station). In general we enjoyed it as it made us feel like we had our own little apartment in Osaka.

This hotel was located in a very nice area, close to shopping, train stations and historical sights. Staff was very friendly. Room was large and spacious, compared to other hotels I stayed at in Japan. The cafe served a delicious breakfast (not included)
