Very comfy room, but if you struggle with steps try to ask for the lowest room possible, as what happened when I finally got to the reception desk from the long staircase. The lady on reception could see I struggled and offered me room 100, but there's still more stairs to tackle, no lift Great location in the City centre, which is very handy.

Reception courteous. Hotel basic and tired! No expectations for £40 per night though, just a bed for the night. Convenient location near Central Station.

The room was clean loved the bath and shower option

We have stayed at the Angel hotel several times but our room this time was amazing. It was a family room, very spacious, two large separate bedrooms with a communal seating area. It was very clean, beds were comfy & there were tea & coffee making facilities. Although the bathroom was clean it was a little bit run down in need of some tlc. Will definitely be requesting this room in future.
