「Property was great, exactly as advertised!」

「The property owner did a great job with communicating. That was the primary strength. Outside of that, this was a disappointment. While the owner did warn us, entering the driveway was dodgy. Vehicles coming around a mostly blind corner is a safety issue (one that the homeowner cannot control, but still worth mention). The unit is small as expected. 「Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you...

「I rarely leave negative reviews. Most travel experiences are positive, and even when problems arise, ownership and management usually work with guests to address them.Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.In the end, Newport was wonderful and we made the best of what was, for us, a very disappointing situation.The interior of the unit was ok.
