「Guest laundry is a great feature. Good breakfast Nice atmosphere」

「Horrible check in, had to travel several miles in the pouring rain to a separate location to pick up keys. And then had to wait for them to follow us back to the hotel to let us in.」

「It was an incredible stay, clean room, big bed, the closest place to fill up water bottles (that I found) is in the gym, but it wasn't far. We didn't stay too long, just barely 1 night, but it was a great experience.」

「A good place to stay. Good location for the mid valley and Cottonwood Canyons.」

「The front desk was polite, helpful, very professional.」

「Staff were helpful. Add a fee to upgrade the room. Enjoyed the stay.」

「My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff, food and room were above expectations. The bed was a little too firm for us, but the room was very quiet. I only have one appeal: please consider removing room “deodorizers” in the bathroom off the dining area. Too many places use artificial scents to mask unclean facilities. You don’t need them here. 「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. Since I still wanted to stay at the hotel, I made a new booking shortly after the cancellation and asked for a refund only for the original booking. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」
