The bed is too soft, the pillow is even worst ..so soft ..even we ask for harder one ..it came .is still soft ..my whole family suffer these 3 nites stay . My room ph not working even after repairs . The breakfast food item run out, no one top up. Knowing the peak period .the management should have anticipated these. I got to clear our plate to the server . Omg ..even saw the manager coming down to help. Seriously we came here a few time . This is by far the unimaginable experiences. However, the room is clean and staff is awesome. Much better service than last round we stayed. Hope my feedback is listen . Till we stayed again. FyI.i drank the tea terik , the cup even have the 💋 mark by the side ....hahaha

Holiday inn hotel- room is always clean,bed is comfortable even the roll out extra bed is comfortable. The Aircon is very good. Housekeeping service is good. Holiday inn hotel is always our first choice when we are in JB. As a IHG member I always have back the same room as we always request.

Good and comfortable stay but the lifts were not working unfortunately during our stay and it was a bit troublesome. But the hotel staff did their best to help us transfer to their service lift instead.
