"We specifically booked this hotel bc it had a indoor pool and we were traveling for a long day with kids and wanted to let them swim. We didn't know the pool was closed until after we checked in. When I asked the front desk they said the Internet is slow to update the site regarding the pool even though the sign out front that they physically controlled advertised the pool. When I said we only booked here bc of the pool I was quickly told you can get your money back and go somewhere else. It was Easter Sunday, so our options were limited. The property was very much lived in as they were all hanging out front blocking the walkway for customers. "

"Hotel is clean for the most part. They are an older hotel so somethings need to be updated. Wanted to get in the inside pool but there was a hole in the ceiling , a few panels were missing so you could see straight up through it. MAJOR TURN OFF! Bar was cool, food seemed good . Lobby is welcoming PARKING IS $10 per day!! Which is insane . Also $75 per night for “incidentals”, crazy!!!! "

"The front desk staff was for check in was really helpful. My only issue with that was she told me that my checkout time was 1pm Sunday since I’m a Hyatt member. That was incorrect. I personally didn’t care for the valet guy when I checked in. He came over right away to make sure I was a hotel guest while I was wrestling with my bags. No offer to help or get me a cart or anything. Then he told me he “guessed it’s ok for me to leave my car there while I check in.” What else is that area for? I think if the hotel didn’t have someone to help with bags then the valet should at least offer to get the carts for luggage. The room was clean and well stocked, the housekeepers were very nice."
