Nice place to stay and get some rest.

The room was clean and in good condition. The manager was friendly at check in and check out. The stay was quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest.

It’s a truck stop so it’s meant to be a place just to stop and sleep. For that it serves its purpose check in was quick and simple the man was friendly enough. The bathroom was in complete shambles. Holes in the wall pipes falling out rust black mold things taped over the bath was rigged up to shower only and we needed a bath. The shower pressure was so low it took forever to wash. The bed was comfy enough and the noise level was extremely high just bring earplugs if your a light sleeper. The price point is much higher than it should be but the food place next door was very convenient. The breakfast spot was tasty and while slow the Starbucks and Pizza Hut were both good.

Ok for stay in a pinch & on a budget

Glad I stopped to stay while still daylight. Motel was not in a desirable location. Bed sheets were old and stained and the room was quasi-clean. Checkin process should have been immediate b/c it was already done thru Hotels.com, however it took about 1/2 an hour to confirm in computer. Sketchy area.

Worst Red Roof

Room was clean. No pool as described. Front desk person not so friendly. The AC was so loud that you couldn't even hear the semi trucks parked on the side road with their AC running. Pillows were pretty much non existent. Not sure why there was a $50 deposit when I had already paid for this crappy room. I will not be a returning customer. Only plus was it was near I95 and convenient. Their website advertises free coffee in lobby, there is no coffee, but a couple packs in the room. No common area and their wifi is pretty much non existent also. No towel racks in the bathroom.

I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived at 18:00, the front desk clerk said he had canceled my reservation because it was past 18:00. He then proceeded to charge me $200 more than what I would have paid through Expedia. I had called the property the day before to inquire about ESA dogs. They said the dogs are not charged, and their website states that ESA dogs stay free, but when you arrive at the property, they charge you for the second dog regardless of what they are. They also told me I could not receive housekeeping during the week I was there because I had dogs, even if I removed them from the room. I had to put my dirty linens outside with a note in a bag specifying what I needed. When I called corporate and Expedia, he flatly lied and said he did not do any of that. When I left, I asked for a receipt, yet was told Expedia would handle it, even though he had said upon check-in that my reservation was canceled through Expedia. On top of that, the property has construction materials lying everywhere, the pool is half full, the outside trash cans have a rotten smell when you push open to throw anything away, finding cold water at the sink is impossible even when the know is on the cold side it comes out hot! Go anywhere else
