"Nice and clean room. There's a bit of remodeling going on around the hotel but it wasn't too troublesome. "

"Staff was extremely nice, room was nice. The shower had hardly any water pressure and we showered at 5 pm and most likely not many others were showering at that time. There was some mold in the shower along the base of the tile where it meets the bathtub. Rm 410, all in all it was a very nice hotel and we would stay there agsin"

"Absolutely gorgeous house and property! This is the perfect spot to be if you want to avoid crowds and a “touristy” feel. We particularly loved the infinity pool and hot tub for relaxing and cold plunging! We watched deer and rabbits from the living room overlooking the property through the massive windows/sliding glass doors. The kitchen has everything you need, and the master bath has a large soaking tub. The house is close enough to anything you need, great local businesses and food spots, or you can easily drive into Fredericksburg for more dining, shopping and nightlife options. Minutes away from Pedernales State Park which is incredibly beautiful! We stayed with 2 other couples—plenty of room for everyone! I am certain my husband and I will return with our kids and spend even more time at Pedernales for hiking! In addition, the homeowner was extremely helpful with upfront information and details. Very accommodating! Thanks for a wonderful stay! "
