Yes, the floors/stairs creak, you can hear neighbors or people walking outside, a mouse there. But listing and communication clearly outlined this. Our girls loved it. We were comfortable. The locals walking and neighbors were kind to us during a few encounters with them. Wish we had more time to explore the area as it seemed to be a great walking area along the river towards downtown. Would stay again! "

"Pretty dirty apartment bead bugs all over the window sills. Barely any linnet some kitchen stuff. Cheap and good location but wouldn’t say luxurious I got it really cheap so was ok after a good cleaning. "

"Absolutely horrific experience — do not stay here. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and calling it “luxurious” is a complete lie. The apartment was filthy upon arrival: debris on the floors, sticky kitchen surfaces, dirty cookware, food smeared on the fridge, pink scum in the tub, a moldy shower curtain, and what appeared to be a dried fecal or bloody handprint on the wall. There were no basic necessities: no forks, dish soap, hand soap, or clean linens. The three towels provided were stained and covered in hair and the A/C barely worked. Blinds were broken, and the overall condition was unacceptable.Management admitted the unit hadn’t been cleaned and told me to stay in a hotel for the first night while they resolved it — but when I returned, nothing had changed. I had to buy my own towels and sheets just to make the space livable. Their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, even admitting to receiving “quite a few” bad reviews. I requested a refund to just go stay in a hotel, however they refused. Avoid this listing at all costs — it’s unsafe, unclean, and a complete scam. "
